
Beef and chili with Fritos

Ingredients
- 1.0 lb ground beef
- 1.0 large onion, chopped
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 16.0 oz can chili
- 10.0 oz can tomato soup
- 1.0 package medium Fritos
- 1.0 cup grated cheese
- 0.0 dash of ketchup
Directions
- 1. Brown ground beef and simmer until done.
- 2. Add onion and salt.
- 3. Mix chili with tomato soup, simmering until gravy-like.
- 4. Line a large casserole with half of the Fritos.
- 5. Pour in meat mixture.
- 6. Top with remaining Fritos, cheese, and ketchup.
- 7. Bake at 400°F until cheese melts.
