
Classic bacon-topped loaf

Ingredients
- 2.0 lb ground round steak
- 2.0 eggs
- 1.5 cups bread crumbs
- 0.75 cup ketchup
- 1.0 tsp Accent
- 0.5 cup warm water
- 1.0 package Lipton’s onion soup mix
- 3.0 strips bacon
- 8.0 oz Hunt’s tomato sauce
Directions
- 1. Mix ground steak, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, Accent, water, and soup mix thoroughly.
- 2. Place in a loaf pan.
- 3. Top with bacon strips.
- 4. Pour tomato sauce over all.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
