Ingredients
- 6.0 egg yolks
- 1.0 tbsp tap water
- 1.0 cup flour
Directions
- 1. Beat egg yolks until foamy.
- 2. Add water and flour to make a stiff dough.
- 3. Divide into three balls.
- 4. Roll each ball out thin and dry for 30 minutes.
- 5. Cut into ½-inch strips or thinner.
