
Beef and mashed potato casserole

Ingredients
- 1.0 lb ground beef
- 1.0 medium onion, chopped
- 1.0 lb can green beans, drained
- 1.0 can tomato soup
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.0 dash pepper
- 5.0 medium potatoes, cooked
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1.0 egg, beaten
- 0.5 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- 1. Lightly brown meat and cook onion until tender.
- 2. Add salt, pepper, green beans, and tomato soup.
- 3. Pour mixture into a greased 1.5-quart casserole.
- 4. Mash potatoes, mix with milk and egg, and spread over meat.
- 5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- 6. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
