Crock-pot Pork Chops

Tender slow-cooked chops

Ingredients

  • 7.0 lean pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 1.0 tbsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp dry mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2.0 tbsp oil
  • 1.0 can chicken and rice soup

Directions

  • 1. Mix flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder.
  • 2. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
  • 3. Brown chops in oil in a skillet.
  • 4. Place browned chops in a crock-pot.
  • 5. Add chicken and rice soup.
  • 6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
