
Tender slow-cooked chops

Ingredients
- 7.0 lean pork chops, 1-inch thick
- 0.5 cup flour
- 1.0 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tsp dry mustard
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2.0 tbsp oil
- 1.0 can chicken and rice soup
Directions
- 1. Mix flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder.
- 2. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
- 3. Brown chops in oil in a skillet.
- 4. Place browned chops in a crock-pot.
- 5. Add chicken and rice soup.
- 6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
