
Cheesy beef tacos

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1.0 medium onion, chopped
- 2.0 tsp chili powder
- 0.0 salt and pepper to taste
- 0.0 tortillas
- 1.0 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1.0 can evaporated milk
- 1.0 lb Velveeta cheese
Directions
- 1. Sauté ground beef, onion, chili powder, salt, and pepper until cooked.
- 2. Heat tortillas until limp.
- 3. Place small amount of meat mixture on tortillas and roll up.
- 4. Place rolled tacos in a large casserole or cake pan.
- 5. Heat Ro-Tel tomatoes, evaporated milk, and Velveeta until cheese melts.
- 6. Pour sauce over tacos.
- 7. Bake at 300°F for 20-25 minutes until hot.
