Ingredients
- 12.0 oz canned corned beef
- 20.0 oz canned peas
- 1.0 quart small white potatoes, boiled
- 1.0 tsp minced onion
- 1.0 tbsp shortening
Directions
- 1. Sauté onion in shortening until tender.
- 2. Add corned beef and brown slightly.
- 3. Add peas and drained potatoes.
- 4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
