Ingredients

  • 12.0 oz canned corned beef
  • 20.0 oz canned peas
  • 1.0 quart small white potatoes, boiled
  • 1.0 tsp minced onion
  • 1.0 tbsp shortening

Directions

  • 1. Sauté onion in shortening until tender.
  • 2. Add corned beef and brown slightly.
  • 3. Add peas and drained potatoes.
  • 4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
