
Sausage and potato overnight bake

Ingredients
- 2.0 lb sausage
- 10.5 eggs
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1.5 tsp dry mustard
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 1.5 lb O’brien potatoes
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1. Brown sausage, crumble, and drain.
- 2. Cook potatoes in sausage skillet for 15 minutes.
- 3. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, and salt.
- 4. Place potatoes in a 9x13-inch pan.
- 5. Cover with sausage.
- 6. Pour egg mixture over all and sprinkle with cheese.
- 7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 8. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until firm.
- 9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
