Crescent roll cabbage and beef bake

Ingredients

  • 2.0 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1.0 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.0 onion, chopped
  • 1.0 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1.5 lb hamburger, browned and drained
  • 0.0 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.0 cup grated Swiss cheese

Directions

  • 1. Brown hamburger and onion, then drain.
  • 2. Add mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and cabbage, cooking until cabbage is tender-crisp.
  • 3. Place 1 tube of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan.
  • 4. Mix Swiss cheese into the cabbage mixture.
  • 5. Pour mixture over crescent rolls.
  • 6. Top with the second tube of crescent rolls.
  • 7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
