
Crescent roll cabbage and beef bake

Ingredients
- 2.0 tubes crescent rolls
- 1.0 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1.0 onion, chopped
- 1.0 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1.5 lb hamburger, browned and drained
- 0.0 salt and pepper to taste
- 1.0 cup grated Swiss cheese
Directions
- 1. Brown hamburger and onion, then drain.
- 2. Add mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and cabbage, cooking until cabbage is tender-crisp.
- 3. Place 1 tube of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan.
- 4. Mix Swiss cheese into the cabbage mixture.
- 5. Pour mixture over crescent rolls.
- 6. Top with the second tube of crescent rolls.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
