Ingredients
- 3.0 lb hamburger
- 12.0 oz evaporated milk
- 2.0 cups oatmeal
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 3.0 eggs
- 0.5 cup chopped onion
- 1.0 tsp garlic salt with parsley
- 1.0 tbsp chili powder
- 2.0 cups ketchup
- 2.0 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1.0 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp garlic salt with parsley (for sauce)
Directions
- 1. Mix hamburger, milk, oatmeal, salt, eggs, onion, garlic salt, and chili powder.
- 2. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place in a 9x13-inch glass pan.
- 3. Combine ketchup, liquid smoke, brown sugar, and garlic salt in a saucepan.
- 4. Bring sauce to a boil.
- 5. Pour sauce over meatballs.
- 6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
