Ingredients
- 1.0 lbs bacon, chopped
- 2.0 medium onion, chopped
- 2.0 quarts sauerkraut, undrained
- 2.0 cups chicken broth
- 1.0 can of beer
- 1.0 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1.0 tablespoon minced garlic
- None brown sugar, to taste
Directions
- 1. Cook Bacon
- 2. Cook Onions
- 3. Add all ingredients except brown sugar
- 4. Bring to a boil then simmer for 30-45 minutes
- 5. Add brown sugar as needed to reduce 'whang'
