Ingredients
- 32.0 ounces mushrooms
- 4.0 TABLEspoons butter
- 16.0 ounces cream cheese
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 4.0 TEAspoons fresh parsley, minced
- 0.5 TEAspoon black pepper
- 0.5 TEAspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 TEAspoon onion powder
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
- 3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook mushroom stems in butter for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese, half of parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Stir until well combined and melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
- 4. Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap and top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
