Ingredients
- 2.0 cups brown sugar
- 1.0 cup butter
- 0.5 cup corn syrup
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 1.0 tsp baking soda
- 30.0 cups popped corn
Directions
- 1. Cook brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt to 248°F (5 minutes).
- 2. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda.
- 3. Mix with popped corn, spread on 2 cookie sheets.
- 4. Bake at 200°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- 5. Cool before serving.
