Ingredients

  • 2.0 cups brown sugar
  • 1.0 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup corn syrup
  • 1.0 tsp salt
  • 1.0 tsp baking soda
  • 30.0 cups popped corn

Directions

  • 1. Cook brown sugar, butter, syrup, and salt to 248°F (5 minutes).
  • 2. Remove from heat, stir in baking soda.
  • 3. Mix with popped corn, spread on 2 cookie sheets.
  • 4. Bake at 200°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • 5. Cool before serving.
