Ingredients
- 10.0 lemons of zest
- 1.25 cups sugar
- 1.0 bottle water (750 ml)
- 0.5 bottle vodka (375 ml)
- 0.5 bottle everclear (375 ml)
Directions
- 1. Mix lemon zest, vodka, and everclear at 135°F for 2 hours.
- 2. Over medium heat, dissolve sugar into water.
- 3. Strain out the lemon zest and add sugar water.
