Ingredients
- 10.0 eggs
- None Butter
- None Sour Cream
Directions
- 1. Get hot and put in butter.
- 2. Put in eggs over low heat and keep stirring.
- 3. DON'T OVER COOK. Eggs should be just a little slimy. Remember that they will still cook a little in the pan.
- 4. Put in a nice dollop of sour cream to bring down temperature and keep them creamy.
- 5. Salt and pepper to taste.
