Ingredients

  • 10.0 eggs
  • None Butter
  • None Sour Cream

Directions

  • 1. Get hot and put in butter.
  • 2. Put in eggs over low heat and keep stirring.
  • 3. DON'T OVER COOK. Eggs should be just a little slimy. Remember that they will still cook a little in the pan.
  • 4. Put in a nice dollop of sour cream to bring down temperature and keep them creamy.
  • 5. Salt and pepper to taste.
