Butter-Pecan Dessert

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1.0 cup flour
  • 0.5 tsp almond flavoring or chopped nuts
  • 8.0 oz cream cheese
  • 1.0 cup powdered sugar
  • 9.0 oz Cool Whip
  • 3.0 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 3.0 oz instant butter-pecan pudding
  • 3.0 cups milk
  • 1.0 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Mix butter, flour, and flavoring or nuts, press into a 9x13 inch pan.
  • 3. Bake 15 minutes, then cool.
  • 4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip, spread over crust.
  • 5. Mix puddings with milk until thick, spread over cheese layer.
  • 6. Top with marshmallows and remaining Cool Whip.
  • 7. Refrigerate overnight.
