Ingredients
- 0.5 cup butter
- 1.0 cup flour
- 0.5 tsp almond flavoring or chopped nuts
- 8.0 oz cream cheese
- 1.0 cup powdered sugar
- 9.0 oz Cool Whip
- 3.0 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 3.0 oz instant butter-pecan pudding
- 3.0 cups milk
- 1.0 cup miniature marshmallows
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Mix butter, flour, and flavoring or nuts, press into a 9x13 inch pan.
- 3. Bake 15 minutes, then cool.
- 4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip, spread over crust.
- 5. Mix puddings with milk until thick, spread over cheese layer.
- 6. Top with marshmallows and remaining Cool Whip.
- 7. Refrigerate overnight.
