- None Marinades (Italian dressing - 10/10, Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Kraft - 10/10, Garlic Parmesan - 10/10, Steak and chop with olive oil - 9/10, Hawaiian - 8/10, Syrup and mustard 7/10)
Directions
- 1. Sous Vide at 152 Degrees (creates a better color for Teresa) for 1.5 Hours
- 2. Dry off
- 3. Heat pan on high with olive oil
- 4. Sear on each side for about 30-60 seconds to get a crust
