Ingredients
- 6.0 cups rice
- 7.0 cups water
- 3.0 eggs
- 1.0 cup peas
- 1.0 cup canned chicken or cooked chicken chunks
- None Soy sauce
- None oil
Directions
- 1. Pour rice and water into Instapot and set to pressure on rice setting (takes about 20 minutes)
- 2. Heat up griddle to medium heat and add oil. Char frozen peas and chicken
- 3. Add eggs and rice to griddle
- 4. Season with Soy sauce to taste
