Ingredients

  • 2.0 pounds ground beef
  • 2.0 packages vegetable medley
  • 3.0 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1.0 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 32.0 ounces beef stock
  • 4.0 packs ramen noodles (remove flavor packet)
  • None sesame seeds

Directions

  • 1. Brown ground beef and drain excess grease.
  • 2. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef stock.
  • 3. Combine the browned beef, vegetable medley, soy sauce mixture, and ramen noodles in a pan. Simmer with the lid on.
  • 4. Cook until ramen noodles soften, usually 10-20 minutes.
  • 5. Keep on low heat until ready to serve.
  • 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving for garnish.
