Ingredients
- 2.0 pounds ground beef
- 2.0 packages vegetable medley
- 3.0 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1.0 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 32.0 ounces beef stock
- 4.0 packs ramen noodles (remove flavor packet)
- None sesame seeds
Directions
- 1. Brown ground beef and drain excess grease.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef stock.
- 3. Combine the browned beef, vegetable medley, soy sauce mixture, and ramen noodles in a pan. Simmer with the lid on.
- 4. Cook until ramen noodles soften, usually 10-20 minutes.
- 5. Keep on low heat until ready to serve.
- 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving for garnish.
