Ingredients
- 2.0 lb Corned Beef
- None 2 loaves of Rye Bread
- None 1000 Islands Dressing
- None Sauerkraut
Directions
- 1. Heat up hot pan or griddle.
- 2. Butter one side of the bread and apply dressing on the other side.
- 3. Butter toast the bread and place the meat on the griddle.
- 4. Drain the Sauerkraut.
- 5. Place the meat on the bread and add the Sauerkraut.
- 6. Cut the Reuben in half for kids.
