Ingredients

  • 2.0 lb Corned Beef
  • None 2 loaves of Rye Bread
  • None 1000 Islands Dressing
  • None Sauerkraut

Directions

  • 1. Heat up hot pan or griddle.
  • 2. Butter one side of the bread and apply dressing on the other side.
  • 3. Butter toast the bread and place the meat on the griddle.
  • 4. Drain the Sauerkraut.
  • 5. Place the meat on the bread and add the Sauerkraut.
  • 6. Cut the Reuben in half for kids.
