Ingredients

  • 4.0 lbs Pork (Half Loin)
  • 0.75 cup paprika
  • 2.0 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1.0 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • None pinch ground black pepper
  • None to taste Garlic salt
  • 3.0 each Bay leaf
  • None Fries

Directions

  • 1. Take off fat of pork loin and cube. Mix paprika, minced garlic, olive oil, ground black pepper, and garlic salt into a sauce.
  • 2. Put cubed pork into 3 sous vide bags, each with 1 bay leaf. Sous Vide at 160 for at least 1 hour.
  • 3. Pour out sauce into a bowl. Char up the meat on a griddle. Pour sauce back over the charred meat.
  • 4. Cook fries separately and place on top of the prepared Raxo.
