- 1.5 Pounds Ground Beef
- 6.0 Strips Bacon, good quality, chopped
- 1.0 Can Kidney Beans, 15 ounces, drained
- 1.0 Can Pinto Beans, 15 ounces, drained
- 1.0 Can Black Beans, 15 ounces, drained
- 1.0 Can Diced Tomatoes, 15 ounces, with juice
- 1.0 Can Tomato Paste, 6 ounce
- 1.0 Red Onion, chopped
- 1.0 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1.0 Jalapeño, seeded and minced *optional
- 2.0 Cups Beef Stock
- 1.0 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 2.0 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 2.0 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1.0 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1.0 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 2.0 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1.0 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1.0 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
Directions
- 1. Cook bacon, ground beef, onion, and bell pepper.
- 2. Combine all ingredients and set Instant Pot to 240 degrees. Pressure cook for 20 minutes then quick release.
