  • 3.0 racks Ribs
  • None Famous Daves Rib Rub

Directions

  • 1. Peel the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
  • 2. Generously coat the ribs with the Famous Daves Rib Rub.
  • 3. 3 Hours at 225 degrees (smoker), bones facing down.
  • 4. 2 Hours at 225 degrees, wrapped in foil.
  • 5. 1 Hour at 225 degrees, unwrapped bones down
