Ingredients
- 0.5 cup oleo
- 1.0 cup flour
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup nuts
- 2.0 egg whites
- 1.0 cup sugar
- 10.0 oz strawberries, undrained
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
- 1.0 tbsp lemon juice
- 8.0 oz whipped topping
Directions
- 1. Mix oleo, flour, brown sugar, and nuts.
- 2. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, stirring often.
- 3. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, adding sugar gradually.
- 4. Add strawberries, vanilla, and lemon juice, beat 20 minutes.
- 5. Fold in whipped topping.
- 6. Sprinkle half of topping in a 9x9” pan.
- 7. Add filling and remaining topping.
- 8. Freeze.
