Ingredients
- 2.0 cups flour
- 2.0 cups brown sugar, packed
- 0.5 cup margarine, softened
- 1.0 cup chopped nuts
- 1.0 tsp baking soda
- 2.0 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.0 cup sour cream
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
- 1.0 egg
- 2.0 cups apples, peeled and chopped
Directions
- 1. Combine flour, brown sugar, and margarine until crumbly.
- 2. Stir in nuts.
- 3. Press 2-3/4 cups into a 9x13” pan.
- 4. Add baking soda, cinnamon, salt, sour cream, vanilla, and egg to remaining crumbs.
- 5. Blend well and stir in apples.
- 6. Spread over crust.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
