Ingredients
- 1.0 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 0.5 cup cold water
- 1.25 cups boiling water
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 0.125 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1.0 tsp lemon extract
- 2.0 egg whites
Directions
- 1. Soften gelatin in cold water.
- 2. Add sugar, salt, and boiling water, stir until dissolved.
- 3. Add lemonade concentrate and lemon extract.
- 4. Chill until set.
- 5. Beat until fluffy.
- 6. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
- 7. Fold into gelatin mixture.
- 8. Chill until firm.
