Ingredients

  • 1.0 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 1.25 cups boiling water
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.125 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1.0 tsp lemon extract
  • 2.0 egg whites

Directions

  • 1. Soften gelatin in cold water.
  • 2. Add sugar, salt, and boiling water, stir until dissolved.
  • 3. Add lemonade concentrate and lemon extract.
  • 4. Chill until set.
  • 5. Beat until fluffy.
  • 6. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
  • 7. Fold into gelatin mixture.
  • 8. Chill until firm.
