Ingredients
- 2.0 eggs
- 1.0 cup flour
- 1.0 cup milk
- 1.0 tbsp sugar
- 0.25 tsp salt
Directions
- 1. Beat eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- 2. Heat rosette iron in 365°F grease.
- 3. Dip in batter, then fry until rosette releases.
- 4. Brown lightly in hot grease.
- 5. Cool on paper towels.
- 6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
