Ingredients

  • 2.0 eggs
  • 1.0 cup flour
  • 1.0 cup milk
  • 1.0 tbsp sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Directions

  • 1. Beat eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  • 2. Heat rosette iron in 365°F grease.
  • 3. Dip in batter, then fry until rosette releases.
  • 4. Brown lightly in hot grease.
  • 5. Cool on paper towels.
  • 6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
