Raspberry-Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2.0 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 3.0 tbsp sugar
  • 0.75 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 8.0 oz cream cheese
  • 8.0 oz whipped topping
  • 2.0 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 6.0 oz raspberry gelatin
  • 2.5 cups boiling water
  • 10.0 oz frozen raspberries

Directions

  • 1. Mix pretzels, sugar, and butter.
  • 2. Spread in a 9x13” pan.
  • 3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then cool.
  • 4. Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese.
  • 5. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows.
  • 6. Spread over crust and let set.
  • 7. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • 8. Add raspberries, chill until thick.
  • 9. Spread over set layer.
