Ingredients
- 2.0 cups pretzels, crushed
- 3.0 tbsp sugar
- 0.75 cup butter, melted
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar
- 8.0 oz cream cheese
- 8.0 oz whipped topping
- 2.0 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6.0 oz raspberry gelatin
- 2.5 cups boiling water
- 10.0 oz frozen raspberries
Directions
- 1. Mix pretzels, sugar, and butter.
- 2. Spread in a 9x13” pan.
- 3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, then cool.
- 4. Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese.
- 5. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows.
- 6. Spread over crust and let set.
- 7. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- 8. Add raspberries, chill until thick.
- 9. Spread over set layer.
