Ingredients
- 29.0 oz canned pumpkin
- 1.25 cups sugar
- 2.0 tsp cinnamon
- 1.0 tsp ginger
- 0.5 tsp cloves
- 6.0 eggs, slightly beaten
- 12.0 oz evaporated milk
- 1.0 stick butter
- 1.0 box yellow cake mix
Directions
- 1. Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, eggs, and milk.
- 2. Pour into a 13x9” baking dish.
- 3. Cut butter into cake mix and crumble on top.
- 4. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
