- 29.0 oz canned pumpkin
- 4.0 eggs
- 12.0 oz evaporated milk
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
- 2.0 tsp cinnamon
- 1.0 tsp ginger
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp cloves
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1.0 box yellow cake mix
- 1.0 cup melted butter
- 1.0 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, vanilla, spices, and sugar.
- 3. Pour into a 13x9” baking dish.
- 4. Sprinkle with cake mix.
- 5. Drizzle with butter.
- 6. Top with nuts.
- 7. Bake for 1 hour.
