Ingredients

  • 29.0 oz canned pumpkin
  • 4.0 eggs
  • 12.0 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.0 tsp vanilla
  • 2.0 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.0 tsp ginger
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp cloves
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1.0 box yellow cake mix
  • 1.0 cup melted butter
  • 1.0 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, vanilla, spices, and sugar.
  • 3. Pour into a 13x9” baking dish.
  • 4. Sprinkle with cake mix.
  • 5. Drizzle with butter.
  • 6. Top with nuts.
  • 7. Bake for 1 hour.
