Ingredients
- 1.0 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 0.25 cup butter, melted
- 0.75 cup cold milk
- 3.4 oz instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1.0 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 8.0 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2.8 oz Heath candy bars, crushed
Directions
- 1. Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
- 2. Press into a 9” square pan.
- 3. Bake at 325°F for 7-10 minutes, then cool.
- 4. Whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
- 5. Let stand until soft-set.
- 6. Stir in ice cream and pour over crust.
- 7. Freeze for 2 hours.
- 8. Spread with whipped topping.
- 9. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars.
- 10. Freeze for 1 hour.
