Pistachio Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1.0 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.75 cup cold milk
  • 3.4 oz instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1.0 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 8.0 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2.8 oz Heath candy bars, crushed

Directions

  • 1. Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
  • 2. Press into a 9” square pan.
  • 3. Bake at 325°F for 7-10 minutes, then cool.
  • 4. Whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand until soft-set.
  • 6. Stir in ice cream and pour over crust.
  • 7. Freeze for 2 hours.
  • 8. Spread with whipped topping.
  • 9. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars.
  • 10. Freeze for 1 hour.
