Ingredients
- 1.0 cup brown sugar
- 1.0 cup white sugar
- 1.0 cup shortening
- 2.0 eggs
- 1.5 cups oatmeal
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
- 1.0 amount ground raisins
- 2.5 cups flour
- 1.0 cup coconut
- 1.0 tsp baking soda
- 1.0 tsp baking powder
- 1.0 tsp salt
Directions
- 1. Cream sugar and shortening.
- 2. Beat in eggs.
- 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- 4. Form into small balls.
- 5. Flatten with a cup dipped in sugar.
- 6. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
