Ingredients

  • 2.0 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups pineapple juice
  • 1.0 cup sugar
  • 1.0 pkg lemon jello
  • 1.0 can set milk, whipped
  • 2.0 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted oleo
  • 6.0 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

  • 1. Boil eggs, pineapple juice, and sugar.
  • 2. Add lemon jello and let cool.
  • 3. Add whipped set milk.
  • 4. Mix graham crumbs, oleo, and powdered sugar.
  • 5. Press crumbs into pan bottom.
  • 6. Spread filling over crumbs.
