Ingredients
- 2.0 eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups pineapple juice
- 1.0 cup sugar
- 1.0 pkg lemon jello
- 1.0 can set milk, whipped
- 2.0 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup melted oleo
- 6.0 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
- 1. Boil eggs, pineapple juice, and sugar.
- 2. Add lemon jello and let cool.
- 3. Add whipped set milk.
- 4. Mix graham crumbs, oleo, and powdered sugar.
- 5. Press crumbs into pan bottom.
- 6. Spread filling over crumbs.
