Ingredients
- 1.75 cups rice
- 1.5 quarts water
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 0.875 cup sugar
- 1.0 quart milk
- 2.0 eggs, beaten
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
Directions
- 1. Boil rice in water until absorbed, stirring with a fork.
- 2. Add sugar, milk, and beaten eggs.
- 3. Boil again until thick.
- 4. Remove from heat.
- 5. Add vanilla and serve.
