Ingredients
- 1.5 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1.0 tsp baking soda
- 1.0 tsp salt
- 1.0 cup soft butter or shortening
- 0.75 cup granulated sugar
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
- 0.5 tsp water
- 2.0 eggs
- 2.0 cups Quaker Oats
- 6.0 oz butterscotch morsels
Directions
- 1. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 2. Blend butter, sugars, vanilla, and water.
- 3. Beat in eggs.
- 4. Add flour mixture, mix well.
- 5. Stir in oats and morsels.
- 6. Drop by half teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
- 7. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
