Ingredients
- 2.0 cups all-purpose flour
- 2.0 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.0 tsp ground cloves
- 1.0 tsp baking soda
- 1.0 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
- 1.0 cup canned pumpkin
- 1.0 large egg
- 2.0 tsp vanilla
- 2.0 cups white chocolate morsels
- 0.666 cup chopped macadamia nuts or walnuts, toasted
Directions
- 1. Combine flour, cinnamon, cloves, and baking soda.
- 2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- 3. Beat in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
- 4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- 5. Stir in morsels and nuts.
- 6. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, flatten slightly.
- 7. Bake at 350°F for 11-14 minutes.
- 8. Cool on sheets for 2 minutes, then move to racks.
