Macadamia Nut White Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2.0 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.0 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1.0 tsp ground cloves
  • 1.0 tsp baking soda
  • 1.0 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1.0 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1.0 large egg
  • 2.0 tsp vanilla
  • 2.0 cups white chocolate morsels
  • 0.666 cup chopped macadamia nuts or walnuts, toasted

Directions

  • 1. Combine flour, cinnamon, cloves, and baking soda.
  • 2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  • 3. Beat in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
  • 4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  • 5. Stir in morsels and nuts.
  • 6. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, flatten slightly.
  • 7. Bake at 350°F for 11-14 minutes.
  • 8. Cool on sheets for 2 minutes, then move to racks.
