Chocolate Cookies with White Chips

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups butter or margarine
  • 2.0 cups sugar
  • 2.0 eggs
  • 2.0 tsp vanilla
  • 2.0 cups unsifted flour
  • 0.75 cup baking cocoa
  • 1.0 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2.0 cups white almond bark chips

Directions

  • 1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • 2. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
  • 3. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt to creamed mixture.
  • 4. Stir in white chips.
  • 5. Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 6. Bake at 350°F for 8-9 minutes.
