White Chocolate Crème Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3.0 cups sugar
  • 1.0 cup evaporated milk
  • 1.0 pint marshmallow crème
  • 0.75 stick butter or margarine
  • 2.0 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1.0 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 4.0 oz candied cherries, cut

Directions

  • 1. Boil butter, sugar, and milk to 237°F, stirring frequently.
  • 2. Remove from heat, add marshmallow crème, white chocolate, nuts, and cherries.
  • 3. Stir until melted.
  • 4. Pour into a buttered pan.
  • 5. Cool and cut into pieces.
