Ingredients
- 1.0 cup butter
- 1.0 cup sugar
- 1.0 tbsp white syrup
- 1.0 tbsp water
- 1.0 cup chopped pecans or English walnuts
- 1.0 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- 1. Butter an 11x15” jelly roll pan, sprinkle with nuts.
- 2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
- 3. Stir in sugar, syrup, and water.
- 4. Cook to 300°F, stirring constantly.
- 5. Pour over nuts.
- 6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- 7. Swirl chips when melted.
- 8. Cool and break into pieces.
