Ingredients

  • 1.0 cup butter
  • 1.0 cup sugar
  • 1.0 tbsp white syrup
  • 1.0 tbsp water
  • 1.0 cup chopped pecans or English walnuts
  • 1.0 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • 1. Butter an 11x15” jelly roll pan, sprinkle with nuts.
  • 2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • 3. Stir in sugar, syrup, and water.
  • 4. Cook to 300°F, stirring constantly.
  • 5. Pour over nuts.
  • 6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • 7. Swirl chips when melted.
  • 8. Cool and break into pieces.
