Ingredients
- 2.0 cups sugar
- 1.0 pinch salt
- 0.5 cup water
- 1.0 pint marshmallow cream
- 0.5 cup chopped nuts or candied fruits
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
Directions
- 1. Boil sugar, water, and salt to hard ball stage.
- 2. Pour hot syrup over marshmallow cream in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Beat until stiff.
- 4. Fold in nuts or candied fruit and vanilla.
- 5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- 6. Let harden.
