Ingredients
- 2.0 tbsp butter, softened
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 0.5 cup light corn syrup
- 2.0 tbsp water
- 1.5 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 1.0 tsp baking soda
Directions
- 1. Line a baking sheet with foil, coat with butter.
- 2. Boil sugar, corn syrup, and water over high heat.
- 3. Add peanuts, cook to hard ball stage.
- 4. Remove from heat, add baking soda.
- 5. Spread thin on prepared sheet.
- 6. Cool and break into pieces.
