Festive Cranberry Crunch Bark

Ingredients

  • 20.0 oz vanilla-flavored almond bark
  • 0.75 cup toasted almonds, chopped
  • 0.75 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 2.0 cups crisp rice cereal

Directions

  • 1. Melt almond bark according to package directions.
  • 2. Combine chopped almonds and cranberries.
  • 3. Stir rice cereal and half the nut mixture into melted bark.
  • 4. Spread onto parchment paper on a sheet pan.
  • 5. Sprinkle with remaining nut mixture, press lightly.
  • 6. Slide parchment onto a chilled baking stone.
  • 7. Let stand 7-10 minutes until set.
  • 8. Break into pieces.
