Ingredients
- 20.0 oz vanilla-flavored almond bark
- 0.75 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 0.75 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2.0 cups crisp rice cereal
Directions
- 1. Melt almond bark according to package directions.
- 2. Combine chopped almonds and cranberries.
- 3. Stir rice cereal and half the nut mixture into melted bark.
- 4. Spread onto parchment paper on a sheet pan.
- 5. Sprinkle with remaining nut mixture, press lightly.
- 6. Slide parchment onto a chilled baking stone.
- 7. Let stand 7-10 minutes until set.
- 8. Break into pieces.
