Ingredients
- 3.0 cups diced apples
- 2.0 cups white sugar
- 0.5 cup salad oil
- 2.0 eggs
- 2.0 tsp vanilla
- 2.0 cups flour
- 2.0 tsp cinnamon
- 1.0 cup nuts
- 2.0 tsp baking soda
Directions
- 1. Mix apples and sugar, let stand.
- 2. Beat oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- 3. Combine flour, cinnamon, nuts, and baking soda.
- 4. Mix apple mixture into egg mixture.
- 5. Add dry ingredients.
- 6. Pour into an 8x11” pan.
- 7. Bake at 325°F for 40-50 minutes.
