Ingredients

  • 3.0 cups diced apples
  • 2.0 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup salad oil
  • 2.0 eggs
  • 2.0 tsp vanilla
  • 2.0 cups flour
  • 2.0 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.0 cup nuts
  • 2.0 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • 1. Mix apples and sugar, let stand.
  • 2. Beat oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  • 3. Combine flour, cinnamon, nuts, and baking soda.
  • 4. Mix apple mixture into egg mixture.
  • 5. Add dry ingredients.
  • 6. Pour into an 8x11” pan.
  • 7. Bake at 325°F for 40-50 minutes.
