Pumpkin Streusel Cake

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped nuts
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1.0 pkg cake mix
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 3.0 eggs
  • 1.0 cup pumpkin
  • 1.0 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • 1. Grease and flour a 13x9x2” pan.
  • 2. Mix brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon, reserve.
  • 3. Beat cake mix, water, eggs, pumpkin, and baking soda on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • 4. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Spread half the batter in pan.
  • 6. Sprinkle with half the reserved mixture.
  • 7. Repeat with remaining batter and mixture.
  • 8. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
