Ingredients
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.0 pkg cake mix
- 0.5 cup water
- 3.0 eggs
- 1.0 cup pumpkin
- 1.0 tsp baking soda
Directions
- 1. Grease and flour a 13x9x2” pan.
- 2. Mix brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon, reserve.
- 3. Beat cake mix, water, eggs, pumpkin, and baking soda on low speed for 30 seconds.
- 4. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- 5. Spread half the batter in pan.
- 6. Sprinkle with half the reserved mixture.
- 7. Repeat with remaining batter and mixture.
- 8. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
