Ingredients
- 2.0 cups flour
- 2.0 cups sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup oil
- 0.75 cup oleo
- 0.5 cup peanut butter
- 1.0 cup water
- 0.5 cup buttermilk
- 1.0 tsp vanilla
- 2.0 eggs
- 0.5 cup peanut butter (frosting)
- 0.5 cup oleo (frosting)
- 1.0 lb powdered sugar (frosting)
- 0.25 cup milk (frosting)
- 1.0 tsp vanilla (frosting)
Directions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- 2. Boil oil, oleo, peanut butter, and water in a saucepan.
- 3. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients.
- 4. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs, mix well.
- 5. Pour into a sheet cake pan.
- 6. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- 7. Heat peanut butter, oleo, milk, and vanilla for frosting.
- 8. Add powdered sugar, beat well.
- 9. Spread on warm cake.
