Ingredients

  • 2.0 cups flour
  • 2.0 cups sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup oil
  • 0.75 cup oleo
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1.0 cup water
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk
  • 1.0 tsp vanilla
  • 2.0 eggs
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter (frosting)
  • 0.5 cup oleo (frosting)
  • 1.0 lb powdered sugar (frosting)
  • 0.25 cup milk (frosting)
  • 1.0 tsp vanilla (frosting)

Directions

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • 2. Boil oil, oleo, peanut butter, and water in a saucepan.
  • 3. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients.
  • 4. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs, mix well.
  • 5. Pour into a sheet cake pan.
  • 6. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  • 7. Heat peanut butter, oleo, milk, and vanilla for frosting.
  • 8. Add powdered sugar, beat well.
  • 9. Spread on warm cake.
