Ingredients
- 1.0 pkg orange-flavored cake mix
- 1.0 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4.0 eggs
- 1.0 cup cultured sour cream
- 2.0 tbsp cake mix (topping)
- 1.0 tbsp butter (topping)
- 1.0 tsp cinnamon (topping)
- 0.25 cup chopped pecans (topping)
Directions
- 1. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, and sour cream until moistened.
- 2. Pour into 2 loaf pans.
- 3. Mix reserved cake mix, butter, cinnamon, and pecans for topping.
- 4. Sprinkle topping over batter.
- 5. Bake at 375°F until toothpick comes out clean.
