Ingredients
- 1.25 cups butter
- 2.25 cups sugar
- 7.0 eggs
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2.5 tsp lemon extract
- 0.5 lb powdered sugar (glaze)
- 2.0 tbsp orange juice (glaze)
- 1.0 tsp lemon juice (glaze)
Directions
- 1. Cream butter and sugar.
- 2. Add eggs one at a time.
- 3. Add flour all at once, beat well.
- 4. Add lemon extract.
- 5. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
- 6. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
- 7. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.
- 8. Mix powdered sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and grated rinds for glaze.
- 9. Glaze warm cake.
