Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups butter
  • 2.25 cups sugar
  • 7.0 eggs
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 tsp lemon extract
  • 0.5 lb powdered sugar (glaze)
  • 2.0 tbsp orange juice (glaze)
  • 1.0 tsp lemon juice (glaze)

Directions

  • 1. Cream butter and sugar.
  • 2. Add eggs one at a time.
  • 3. Add flour all at once, beat well.
  • 4. Add lemon extract.
  • 5. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
  • 6. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
  • 7. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.
  • 8. Mix powdered sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and grated rinds for glaze.
  • 9. Glaze warm cake.
